The project aimed to digitize the Student Learning Experience semi-automatic enrolment process for educators by developing a CMS website for the XYZ Department at ABC University, where educators could add, edit, delete, or view the SLE data on the website.

Creating the Student Learning Experience website for Educators is a complex process that needs careful planning and execution. From the initial research phase, it was discovered that most universities do not have an SLE faculty website, and only a few have a simple Learning Management System.

The functional and non-functional requirements were found and finalized for developing the website in the planning and design phase. Also, the designs required for building the website, such as wireframes and database designs, were created to understand better how to develop a website with minimal faults. Thus, the process had to go through several iterations for the implementation to go smoothly.

It was tiring and had gone through many technical issues, but it was successful. Then tests were conducted for the website based on usability, frontend, i.e., Selenium testing, and backend, i.e., Mocha Chai testing. In the long term, this website will benefit the university's department as enrolling for a course or even adding SLE data to the SLE program would be automatic, thus lessening the workload for educators.

Due to the time constraints of completing the project, there were a few restrictions on the website. These restrictions comprised:

·   The course offerings data cannot be edited or deleted from the website.

·   The data visualization is not complex.

·   The login page is not mobile-responsive.

·   No changes can be made to the student data through the website.

·   There is no option to add a new contact person to an existing industry partner on the website.
